We believe that the only way to run a kind and safe business is to accept and embrace our team, clients, and community members as they are and be a catalyst for positive change for all. We are VERY proud to have created our very own DEI team! From our inception, BW has been involved in the support of the LGBTQIA+ community and Greenwood Indiana Pride!
We will always offer you and your family a non-violent, safe space for self-care so long as you offer us the same in return. We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying, however, we also know that we still have more to learn when it comes to inclusivity and equity and will always make it a point to make any missteps right.
