BW COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS
AND ACTION PLAN

Our action plan may change without notice, all protocols are mandatory for all guests and staff/contractors, and non-negotiable.

*If you are sick with COVID-19, have come into contact with Mokeypox, or are experiencing any communicable respiratory disease (this is an always rule), you need to reschedule immediately. We are VERY proud that since March 2020, we have had zero client-to-staff and staff-to-client transmissions. 

*The mask removal is subject to change without notice if cases begin to escalate and we feel the need to mask up for any amount of time. 

*Jess will be wearing, and still requires that you wear, a mask to receive all services and this is non-negotiable. She/we will let you know when/if this changes. 

*If you see a fellow patron or BW staff member wearing a mask, be nice. We get that there are strong opinions about masks and we have truly heard them all. We have not and will not tolerate bullying.

*If you do not feel comfortable entering without masked staff and clients, email us at least 48 hours before your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you. Jess is available Sundays and Mondays when we have significantly less traffic and she is an EXCELLENT (well, they all are) stylist! Jess also books up quickly so snag her fast if you want to see her!

***Spa staff has the option to allow you to remove your mask for service(s) if they feel comfortable. We are leaving this decision up to our spa team at this time.

If you do not have a mask or forgot one, please let us know once you arrive and a cloth mask may be supplied for you, if available, and it must be returned for sanitation and reuse. Face cradle/headrest may be covered with a pillow case while facedown during massages. You may choose to wear a mask instead. Please do not remove face covering unless directed to by your service provider or teacher. 

*We will not be giving any clients drinks or access to our beverages at this time.
Please bring your own reusable container(s) (please no disposable/plastic/styrofoam) if you wish to have a beverage.

We are allowing no more than 25 people in the building at one time.

*If you are sick or think you may be sick, please contact us immediately to reschedule!
NO EXCEPTIONS.

We have UV lights that will be in use in the salon and spa to go over all surfaces in addition to our current cleaning supplies.
Additionally, the entire facility will continue to be sanitized before and after each guest.

BW COVID-19 VISITOR SCREENING

Dear BW Visitor,
 
With the reopening of our salon and spa in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic (coronavirus),
we have implemented a number of measures at Bargersville Wellness to help prevent and slow the spread of the virus
and to protect the health of our employees and our clients.

During this time, we respectfully request that when attending your appointment you limit additional visitors from attending with you.
By limiting visitors to only clients we can provide social distancing for you and the rest of our clients and staff.

We are also asking all visitors (clients, vendors, and visitors) to read and answer the questions below:
 
Please read the following questions:
Have you been to, or been in close contact with,
anyone who has been to any elevated risk areas in the past 14 days?
 
Have you, in the last 14 days, had contact with anyone who has confirmed COVID-19 or suspected multiple symptoms of COVID-19
(fever, dry cough, body aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose, tiredness, sudden loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath)?
 
Do you have any of the following symptoms? Fever, dry cough, body aches, headache,
sore throat, runny nose, tiredness, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath.

If you answer YES to any of the questions above and are NOT a symptom-free healthcare worker who has been wearing proper PPE,

to discuss postponing or modifying your visit IMMEDIATELY.

If you are a person considered to be high risk,
please contact us to inquire about scheduling an appointment outside of normal business hours.
