*ALL guests and employees will be required to wear a face mask at all times.
Please bring your face mask to enter (may be held in place while receiving hair/shampoo services or removed for facial/facial waxing services).
If you do not have one or forgot one, please let us know once you arrive and one will be supplied for you if available. 

*We will not be giving any clients drinks or access to our beverages.
Please bring your own reusable container(s) (please no disposable/plastic/styrofoam) if you wish to have a beverage.

*Our door will remain locked at ALL times. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, call when you arrive to let us know you are here (also if you need to borrow a reusable, sanitizable face mask), and wait outside or in your car
(preferably without the car running to save fuel) until our wellness coordinator(s) tell you you can come in.

We are allowing no more than 25 people in the building at one time and no more than four salon clients at a time. Please do not touch the door handle.

Please note that we know this will affect Larry;
we will have provisions in place to ensure he still gets his banana each day even though he is no longer allowed in the facility. 

*Upon arrival, you will be dispensed hand sanitizer prior to entering the building.
If you have an allergy or aversion to alcohol-based hand sanitizer, please reply to this email or contact us immediately.

*ALL facial and massage clients must wash their hands prior to any service; please arrive early to do so in the treatment room or our restroom. Refusal or failure to do so will result in the termination of service(s) and you will receive an invoice for the full amount of your service(s). No exceptions.  

*If you are sick or think you may be sick, please contact us immediately to reschedule!

*Our UNVACCINATED staff will be wearing masks at all times, gloves where required, and face shields when appropriate to ensure further safety.
We have UV lights that will be in use in the salon and spa to go over all surfaces in addition to our current cleaning supplies.
Additionally, the entire facility will continue to be sanitized before and after each guest.


Dear BW Visitor,
With the reopening of our salon and spa in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic (coronavirus),
we have implemented a number of measures at Bargersville Wellness to help prevent and slow the spread of the virus
and to protect the health of our employees and our clients.

These measures include advice on continuing hygiene at work and at home and
requesting staff who have visited high-risk areas postpone appointments.

During this time, we respectfully request that when attending your appointment you limit additional visitors from attending with you.
By limiting visitors to only clients we can provide social distancing for you and the rest of our clients and staff.

We are also asking all visitors (clients, vendors, and visitors) to read and answer the questions below:

Have you been to, or been in close contact with,
anyone who has been to any elevated risk areas in the past 14 days?
Have you, in the last 14 days, had contact with anyone who has confirmed COVID-19 or suspected multiple symptoms of COVID-19
(fever, dry cough, body aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose, tiredness, sudden loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath)?
Do you have any of the following symptoms? Fever, dry cough, body aches, headache,
sore throat, runny nose, tiredness, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath.

If you answer YES to any of the questions above and are NOT a symptom-free healthcare worker who has been wearing proper PPE,
we ask you respectfully to contact us here at Bargersville Wellness at 317-458-0743 or
to discuss postponing or modifying your visit IMMEDIATELY.

If you are a person considered to be high risk,
please contact us to inquire about scheduling an appointment outside of normal business hours.
